Our gated community is landscaped with beautiful manufactured homes, a 7200 square foot Grande Ballroom for dancing and entertainment, two refreshing swimming pools, eight lighted tennis courts, softball field, lawn bowling, putting green, cultural and liberal arts studios plus much more. Our Fitness Center is located across from the main gate and is open twenty-four hours a day with the state of art equipment. Security is on duty twenty-four hours a day. One host is always at the gate and one is always driving around the Village.

All aboard the Monte Vista bus for some great adventures. Our 32 passenger bus is equipped with televisions for the long and not so long journeys. Just sit back relax and leave the driving to us.

Our Concert Series is highlighted by: Mac Frampton on February 10th, The Barbary Coast Dixieland Band on February 24th and Jimmy Travis on March 10th. We are also pleased to present the Branson-on-the-Road-Tour; featuring The Warnock Family on January 20th; Bob Anderson on January 31st; "Ritchie Valens La Bamba Tour" featuring Ray Anthony on February 17th and "Yeary and Renee" on March 14th.
